Delete Account

1. Delete from the App (Recommended)

The fastest and easiest way. You can delete your account directly within the app.

2. Request via Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion via email.

3. Data That Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Account information (email, name, profile photo)
• Pomodoro records (session history, focus time)
• Todo lists (tasks, tags)
• App settings (timer settings, theme, etc.)
• Subscription status stored with your account

Data that is kept after deletion

• Usage statistics collected by Google Firebase Analytics, which are not linked to your account: kept for up to 14 months, then deleted automatically.
• Crash reports collected by Firebase Crashlytics: kept for 90 days.
• Advertising data collected by Google AdMob: kept according to Google's policies.
• Purchase and subscription records kept by RevenueCat, Apple, and Google: kept for as long as billing, tax, and legal obligations require.

4. Processing Time

• In-app deletion: Immediate
• Email request: Within 30 days of request

For email requests, we will send a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

5. Additional Information

• If you are using guest mode, all local data will be automatically deleted when you uninstall the app.
• If you have an active subscription, please cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first.
